We welcome Mikayla to our team. Since she joined us we are learning quickly how to work with a “Millennial” and how the younger generation thinks, it is refreshing to look at insurance through a fresh perspective. Every day is different and there is so much to learn, but Mikayla has accepted the challenge and brings the office a laugh every day. We have thrown her in the deep end early, she has already completed studies that normally take a minimum of 6 months, within her first 7 weeks. We hold big expectations for our Mikayla.

BACKGROUND: “In 2015 I moved to Sarina with my family from Townsville, after finishing school in 2017 I gained a part time job at the local chemist. After hearing of a position available for a traineeship with Sarina Insurance and Financial Services and wanting to increase my job opportunities for the future I applied and started work in August 2018

Since starting work at Sarina Insurance and Financial Services I have completed my Tier 2 in insurance broking and have really enjoyed the different challenges the “insurance world” has thrown my way so far. I know I have so much to learn, but I am looking forward to the challenge.”

INTERESTS: Mikayla enjoys Camping, Fishing, Family time and going to the gym to keep fit.
